JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conceive the menu and create new drink
• Coordinate team work
• Establish planning of the staff
• Inform, train and evaluate the staff
• Inventory and distribution of daily and periodic tasks
• Recruitment, reception and integration of the staff
• Daily control of the bar’s cleanliness and all installations which depend on it
• Control of the smooth running of the machines and stocks of ice
• Supply in products
• Inventory of daily needs
• Establishment of products and materials
• Daily verification of the equipments, materials and specific products
• Sales analysis
• Design and update sales support
• Advice clients on drink choices
• Take orders, invoice services and cash checks
• Promote products to clients
• Elaborate and use data sheets
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere
• Takes a challenge with rigor, energy but also tact and charisma

PROFILE AND NECESSARY SKILLS

• Good appearance and masters the different codes of client relation
• Good knowledge of techniques and rules of service
• Team spirit
• Endurance
• First motivation is the quality of service
• French, English or Luxembourgish required
• Master of Word, Excel, Power Point
