ICAI Icelandic Center for Artificial Intelligence is seeking a talented and motivated AI Teacher to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence/ML and a passion for teaching practical, business, and strategic applications of AI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and high-quality online course content for our AI program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver online course content related to Artificial Intelligence, its practical applications, and business strategies.
- Record video lessons and conduct online live sessions in a clear and engaging manner.
- Create and review assignments, exercises and final projects providing constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with guest lecturers from around the world and other team members to ensure a comprehensive and consistent learning experience for students.
- Adapt course content and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and student needs.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously update course content to reflect the latest trends and advancements in AI and related fields.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to promote the program and contribute to its ongoing development and improvement.
- Perform other tasks related to online education as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent certification or professional experience.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, its applications, and the potential impact on various industries.
- Fluent in business lingo or possessing experience in business creation, an MBA, BA or similar experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in English and Icelandic, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
