Arctic Adventures is seeking reliable and service-minded Driver-Guides for full-time seasonal employment during the summer of 2026 (June 15 – September 25).

The role involves driving, guiding, and providing high-quality service to guests on company tours. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a solid safety mindset, and an interest in tourism.

Main Responsibilities

Drive passenger vehicles in varying conditions and weather
Provide guiding and interpretation during tours
Deliver professional and attentive service to guests
Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude at all times

Required Qualifications

Valid D driving licence and tachograph card
Valid First Aid certification
Legal right to work and reside within the EEA
An Icelandic kennitala must be in place before employment begins

Personal Qualities

Punctual and responsible
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in changing conditions
Excellent English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
